I just took a look at experts on this site and the user name oldhaggard has never answered any questions here that I can find through search of old questions so if You don't mind I will see if I can assist.

I see you already ohmed out harness and it tested fine just FYI that does not always find the problem it needs to be load tested with a fog light or something else that draws about 3 amps,,if bulb burns bright wire okay check all wires on injector harness.

One big issue we had with these is the pass through connector between ecm and under valve cover harness, the next issue was the under cover harness and then the harness from pass through to ecm.

When you ohmed out harness if you seen any oil in connections you may have have oil intrusion in wiring,,this will cause the fault and the only repair is to replace that harness.

If you need a schematic of injector wiring let me know.

If you have questions or problems let me know I'm happy to assist.
