a/c problem in 98 peterbilt 379 condenser, a/c compressor, accumulator, evaporator all been replaced, all lines resealed still does not cool truck condenser lines get hot

turn engine fan on cools condenser a/c gets cool for a short time. or when driving without fan a/c gets cool but not real cold it takes Freon until both lines get hot. no air in lines truck gets cool when engine first starts in the morning then starts blowing warm air. put five cans of Freon in system compressor runs for a while then stops starts stops...

First crimp off at least one heater hose going into cab just in case heater control valves are leaking by internally.

Did you evacuate before charging ac?

Did you change expansion valve?

Stick a temp probe in a dash vent with blower motor on high,,run engine at 1000 rpm with engine fan on manual for 10 minutes, What are your pressures high and low and what is duct temp?

Do you have a sleeper ac unit?

Do you have a full grill condenser or the smaller one in front of radiator?

How fast is ac clutch cycling? minute,,seconds
