Okay, thank you for allowing me to help you today on Just Answer. First of all you need to make sure the crank shaft is perfectly flat perfectly clean and the same with the fly wheel surface. Once you make sure that is all clean you are going to clean the bolt holes with brake cleaner fluid and you are going to blow the bolts clean and completely dry. And if possible get new bolts of the correct grade and strength, and make sure they are perfectly clean and dry once again, put the fly wheel up with two studs and then install 271 Lock Tite on each of the fly wheel bolts tighten them up to the minimum spec. remove your studs and install bolts where the studs were and use lock tite also and torque them to max spec torque in a criss cross pattern. There is no way those bolts should come loose now.
