What is the full serial number of this machine?
Why do you feel it is the brake holding the machine?
Does the engine strain to move the machine?
Does this 446 have an "E-Brake" control switch or a lever?
Is the battery fully charged and the alternator working correctly?

Do your pedals feel hard and have no movement when this happens or do they feel the same? Is the rear axle making noise?Have you checked the transmission filter and strainer for metal? What type oil are you using in the transmission? Are you checking the level with the oil warm and using the "Engine Running" side of the dipstick? Is the engine lugging down and stall or does it speed up like the transmission is slipping when the problem appears? This unit does not have any locking features for the brakes. As long as the pedals are returning up to the top stop, they will release.
