Have a Freightliner F70 with automatic transmission, push button control. Had to recently redo batteries and connections. Truck will start, but control box is dead. What do I need to check out?

Hi, my name is ***** ***** you for your question.
Check in your battery box for a inline fuse holder,,that fuse is for transmission controller.
If this happened after repairing batteries it may have blown the fuse or is connected to ground instead of positive.
