Hi. Thanks for asking your question! I will try and help you out.
Unfortunately I have seen this problem many times.
The most common thing that causes this is a failed injector cup O rings. When they fail, the fuel will enter the cooling system as the fuel pressure is much higher than the coolant pressure. To verify, all you have to do is remove the injectors and pressurizer the cooling system. If a cup O ring is leaking, you will see it.
I advise having all the cup O rings replaced. If one is leaking now, and you only replace one, there is sure to be another leak soon.
