Hi, Ibnhave a 2005 acterra sterling . It cranks bbut no start. Dash gauges were sweeping, no odometer data. checked pins at vcu and had no ignition voltage. Checked pin 15 at ecu and had no ignition voltage. Where does that pin receive the voltage from.

Power goes from Pin 2 on the VCU to ECM 15. Do you have power leaving the ignition switch and going to the VCU?
