EXH GAS TEMP ABOVE NORM, OR SHORTED HIGH, CODE 2375, PID 412, J19398 3, SPN 412, --- EGR DIFF PRESS SENSOR ABOVE NORM OPERATING RaNGE, CODE 2359 PID 411, J1939 FMI 16 SPN 411. THE DRIVER HAS UNPLUGED THE EGR TO GET MORE HORSE POWER, I KEEP TELLING HIM THIS
IS NOT GOOD, FOR TURBO TEMP. AND EGR AND ENGINE. IF EGR TEMP HIGH HOW WOULD I CONFIRM PLUGED COOLER. THIS EGR WAS REPLACED LAST 8/6/14 hAVE HAD PROBLEM WITH SPEED NOT REEDING PROPER SPEED FOR SOME TIME. IT WAS OK FOR AWILE, THEN CRAZY AGAIN. SOME ONE REPLACE
THE MOTOR SOME TIME AGO AND CUT AND SPLICED THE WIRE, INSTED OF UNPLUGING. THE FIRST CODE IS ONLY ACTIVE UPON START AND IDLE.

Hi my name is ***** ***** I would like to help ! Those EGR valves were on the hot side of the engine on those models. They never lasted . It was a poor design and have since then , been installed on the cold side of the cooler . We used to replace those egr valves every 6 months on our customer's trucks . Complaint was heavy black smoke and lack of power . I would just replace the EGR valve to get rid of most of those codes related to EGR . I would clean out those EGR differential pressure tubes. I will get you troubleshooting for the
