Customer: I have a 2004 Pete with a C15 CAT. Driver said truck idles fine but when you take off under a pull it cuts out like it's starving for fuel. Both fuel filters have been replaced (still cuts out). Fuel pressure was 70 psi and fluctuated badly. Replaced fuel
pump and pressure is steady at 85 psi now. Driver took truck 20 miles to pick up trailer (ran fine until he took off with trailer). No fault codes either. Where do I go from here? Suction fuel lines?

Thanks for asking your question and reuqesting me. I will try and help you out.
Since you have replaced the pump and filters. There are three other things I would suspect.
The first is the fuel lines. If they are restricted they can cause your problem.
Second is a faulty fuel pressure regulator. It's located in the secondary fuel filter housing underneath the bottom. It looks like about a 1 inch plug.
Lastly is a faulty hand primer pump, if your engine has one. It can also cause fuel flow problems.
