I am working on a 2008 Kenworth with Cat C-15. The truck has been in the garage here for quite some time, very clean,well maintained truck. It has had numerous regen problems over the past few years and have been taken care of except for this problem. Code 3832-17 secondary mass air flow will set while trying to do a manual regen and stop the regen process about 15-30% into it, it also has 3719-16 particulate trap#1 soot load percent high severity [2],we are not a cat dealer but have cat et but no access service info in cat or password ***** when we need it. Our Cat Tech retired. Several of us have looked at this and are dead ended now. it had an ard head with both filters on that block on passenger rear replaced about 1 month ago,1 guy put an engine harness under valve cover and the one that goes to like combination valve and coolant temp sensor,both engine fuel filters, the mass air flow sensor that goes on the tube between the ard head and combination valve,also removed tube and Inspected for cracks and checked hoses,physically checked turbo fins, new temp sensors for ard head,new temp and differential sensor for dpf . on air system verification I show 34 lb/hr test point 3 and 154 lb/hr test point 4. boost pressure 2.3 on 3 and 1.5 on 4,fuel volume is 45.500 on 3 and 46.625 on 4. Hi. Thanks for asking your question! I will try and help you out.

If there is a 3832-17. The ECM is detecting a problem with the air supply flow to the ARD head. It means the flow is consistently low.

Since your test results are within specs, I would first check the differential pressure across the DPF at 1400 RPM's. If it is 1.2 psi or higher, the DPF is too restricted and must be removed and cleaned.

If the DPF is OK, The next step is to inspect for air leaks throughout the entire air supply system.

If there are no leaks in the piping. I would next change the mass air flow sensor that has the two small tubes. These over time can read wrong and set a code. Unfortunately there is no test for the sensor. Sorry.

IF the sensor does not help, all that is left is the air control valve.

Once this code is gone, you should be able to complete a regen and the 3719-16 code should go away.
