The most common area fuel enters the oil is at an injector. I see this a lot. Mostly the top injector O ring fails and allows fuel to come past it. It could also be leaking from the injector solenoid. I like to cap off the return line and use the hand primer pump to pump up the pressure. Then remove the rocker arms. If there is a leak, you will see it.
When I do not see any leak, I replace the fuel pump. Not sure if there is a way to test the pump.
