Unfortunately I am not fimiliar with ABS codes. I am a Cat engine expert. But I can help with the engine codes.
3696-9 is a data fault with the regen force switch on the dash. Most likely a faulty switch or wiring.
231-12 is a also a data fault. Both if these are triggered when there is a faulty switch or wiring.
