The 1-11, 2-11, 3-11, 4-11, 5-11, and 6-11 are codes for all of the injector circuits. When this happens it indicates the injector driver module inside the ECM has failed. I have seen this many times over the years. Unfortunately the module inside the ECM can not be replaced. The ECM will need to be replaced.
Code 164-2 is defined as an injection actuation pressure eratic.
Code 43-2 is defined as a key switch power fault.
Both if the codes can cause a shut down as well. But with all injector codes, I would suspect the ECM needs to be replaced. Please reply back if you need more help or have more questions. I am happy to assist.
