I have seen this code many times over the years.
The 385-3 indicates an open circuit in the intake valve actuation pressure sensor circuit. Most often the problem is a failed sensor. But sometimes it's a broken wire.
The sensor is under the valve cover near the front of the engine. The sensor has three wires. I would inspect the harness. If it looks Ok. I would replace the sensor.

What is the engine serial number?
If you serial number is between KCB00001-KCB39998 the part number is 224-4535.
If your serial number is between KCB39999 and KCB99999 the part number is 248-2728.
