07 dt466 no power under load. 2007 ih 4300 ih dt466. Has no
yes Has no codes. starts and idle, also has full throttle. when trying to move it will bog down and stall if you don't let off throttle. Injection psi is within desired. found hand primer leaking and steel line seals bad. changed that and check valve in fuel filter housing along with filter. vacuum test suction line from tank to housing and then line from transfer pump to housing( took filter out and capped two ports on stem inside housing). when I first checked I had 50psi on scan tool and mechanical gauge(no bounce which air should make it do) then after fuel repairs I have 65 to 70 psi. I took IPR out to check screen and it had a hole so I changed it. With it running I pushed in shrader valve in head and noticed air in fuel. pulled valve and ran hose in bucket and it seemed to clear. then when running I opened drain valve on filter housing and pressurized fuel and air blasted out. leave open for a few seconds and steady stream of fuel no air, close valve for a second and open again same thing, not sure if that is normal. not sure if compression leak threw injectors to fuel system by o rings? I don't see any return line? does return go to filter housing? … read more
