The only chest pains I'm generally concerned about would be heavy chest pressure that causes sweating or shortness of breath. If the pain radiates to the jaw or arm and you can't move when it comes on. I also worry if there are just sudden bouts of sweating and nausea with shortness of breath. These are all potentially concerning signs and should get evaluated in the walk-in clinic or urgent care or emergency room.
However, women can have chest pain that's associated with the heart that shows up with nothing more than nausea or fatigue. But men often will get chest pain that's heavy, dull, and worse with exertion.
