My period is 9 days late and I’ve taken three pregnancy

This could, however, be due to a minor hormone imbalance which resulted in an irregular period or an absence of a period.

These can be due to taking the oral contraceptive pill.

This is not a pregnancy since the tests are very sensitive and would have detected a viable pregnancy.

Most of the time, these minor hormone fluctuations can be regulated by the body itself within the cycle and your next period should be normal. However, if you miss your next period or experience light bleeding or spotting next month as well, then I will recommend that you schedule to see your Ob/Gyn. A hormone level assessment and a lower abdominal ultrasound will be warranted to evaluate this.

-Eat enough protein in every meal

-Exercise daily

-Manage you stress (this will lower down your cortisol levels and help regulate periods)

-Avoid sugar and refined carbs

-Consume healthy fats

-Maintain a balanced diet

-Drink green tea twice a day

-Get high quality sleep, or enough sleep a day around 8-10 hours

-Consume high fiber, like Metamusil
