Please see, the types of symptoms you are having can be caused by various types of infections including viral or bacterial infections.

The viral infection possibilities include simple common cold, or flu or covid etc, and bacterial infection possibilities too need to be considered

Since these symptoms are not getting better, and also it seems the symptoms have been getting worse, so if possible please try to see a local dr so that they can examine you & investigate so that the precise cause for your symptoms can be ascertained, and then specific treatments can be started for example, if a bacterial infection is present then a course of antibiotic is necessary such as Augmentin or Amoxicillin etc, if covid is present then anti-viral Paxlovid etc is tried and if flu is present then anti-viral Tamiflu etc is tried.

Honey preparations

Ginger preparations

Lemon preparations

Glycerine preparations

A combination of glycerine, lemon, honey, ginger etc

C) Trying certain additional special over the counter cough preparations made with natural ingredients, such as the following ones;

D) Trying certain over the counter homeopathic cough preparations, such as the following ones;

E) Trying certain OTC or Over the counter antihistaminic agents, such as the following ones;
