Thank you very much for the question and I did just want to
give you some at the very least general information here. You can certainly
drain the cysts with what we call a needle aspiration that is actually not
uncommon we do that quite a bit the problem is though that that doesn't
actually remove the cystic wall that is present in the scrotum and eventually
what happens is the cyst reaccumulate with fluid in return. Usually what we do
in cases like this is make a small scrotal incision and go in and actually
extract the cystic structure themselves that way we can also explore if there's
any scar tissue or adhesions present throughout the scrotum that may be causing
some of this discomfort. This is probably the typical way it is not very
complicated and is very very safe and benign
