this is a very low risk lesion and has shown minimal growth over the past 6-7 years..even if it is an IPMN it would be a side branch and indolent and not very likely to cause any real problem..even though it sounds like it has grown it is still very tiny and well below any threshold to make it more concerning or high risk
since it has gone from barely perceptible to 5mm it's reasonable to continue to follow it yearly to see if it changes but otherwise I wouldn't worry much about it
