What causes abdominal pain, chest and shoulder pressure, weakness, lightheadedness

I was in the ER three times in 3 days for abdominal pain, chest and shoulder pressure, weakness, lightheaded, my heartrate was fluctuating between 58 and 100, fluttering and skipped beats which actually make me feel lightheaded. They did all kinds of tests, said it must be a virus. They took heart enzyme test and was 6. Said since it was not rising it wasn’t an immediate concern. They never mentioned ECG results but next day it got posted to MyChart and findings were Myocardial Infarction of indeterminate age. Everything is getting worse but going back to that ER seems pointless unless you’re dying in that moment immediately. I don’t know what to do.

The lower abdominal pain is better now but everything else is worse. On its own, I would have not gone for that, I get frequent abdominal pain after gastric bypass surgery and a bowel obstruction surgery in2017, it was the nausea and extreme weakness and I get winded walking across the room

Doctor's Assistant: What type of pain is it? Is it sharp or dull, achey or stabbing?

It was cramps, the other pain is higher by my ribs more like pressure, along with shoulder pressure

Doctor's Assistant: What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the abdominal pain or anything else? How old are you?

None. I took Zoltan a few times but it didn’t help. I am 53

Untreated high blood pressure for many years
