Local inflammation can be the part of threadlift procedure.

It is very unlikely that you had an autoimmune response to the foreign body since you never had generalized inflammation

Moreover, autoimmune response would have involved the other organs as well (at times)

In my opinion it is safe for you to go for an other procedure

Itchy rash on my thighs and buttocks. Raised bumps, ingrown hairs (on thighs), itchy, widespread across the whole buttocks. Gets worse with heat and sweat. I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease (autoimmune hypothyroidism) so itchy rashes due to inflammation can be common but this one doesn't appear to differ from day to day with my inflammation. I don't have medication to treat it but I keep up a consistent routine including exfoliation, moisturizer, deodorant, and good hygiene. It's a huge insecurity for me and I feel like no one has been willing to help me...I feel like they just assume I have bad hygiene when I go in for an appointment but I shower every day and use antibacterial wipes in between showers. I've struggled with this for 6 years. I visited the dermatologist a few months back but they diagnosed me with folliculitis due to clear folliculitis on my thigh area. However, the rash on my buttocks looks much different. They recommended I get laser hair removal but when I told them I couldn't afford that, they prescribed me a $90 cream that I also couldn't afford. Needless to say, I was frustrated. I'm not ready to just accept their diagnosis because I don't think they were really in the mindset to listen or find a realistic solution. They didn't run any tests or ask me many questions. I also don't have any visible hair on my buttocks - if I do, it's very light so laser hair removal is likely not even an option for me. This hasn't been an issue my whole life which is why I'm almost certain this is an ongoing bacterial/fungal infection that's been hard to kick.
