First let me deeply apologize for my delayed response here. This is absolutely a crazy time in medicine I have to say. So I did see the secondary photo and this is completely normal sebaceous tissue or sebaceous glandular tissue is what I would specifically call it. Absolutely nothing malignant or cancerous in this image

Sure, black and white areas are glandular tissues, the one is a small sebaceous cyst, the lower black circle but that is all

Not that I can see from the image, the upper one is another sebaceous cyst and the lower one just looks like either a benign mole or an oxidized sebaceous pore but no cancer seen

Sure, no problem all I see is sebaceous glandular tissue on both circled areas no cancer

No worries, the black circled area is just a few blocked sebaceous pores maybe a small sebaceous cyst but obviously nothing of any type of cancer concern

It's definitely not cancer, it looks like a benign mole or what we would call a junctional melanocytic nevus nevus this is completely normal and we see these commonly. Not cancerous

No cancers seen anywhere on any of these images so I think you can take a sigh of relief

I did get the image and I see the four circled areas please give me a moment I'm going to look at these closely

So I am looking at the three areas that you have circled, as well as the larger geographic area in the bottom of the picture, I do see the area has a number of sebaceous glands and I actually see looking at it very closely a few blood vessels close to the skin, these are actually small veins that are approximating the epidermal surface. In the larger circled area I do see some areas of what we would call hyperpigmentation which is what I would expect in the creases around the vulva and labia. Overall an I've looked at this a couple times, specifically this image, I don't see anything cancerous or alarming to become cancerous in any way
