Pain in right ear after an incident in Cozumel. What can be done?

I was in Cozumel 21 days ago and had an incident with my right ear. Doctor said it was a Barotrauma. Went home to Ohio and had a local here nose and throat doctor look at it and he said the same thing. They said to give it a couple weeks rest which I did. I am now in Curacao, diving, and my ear is still giving me problems. I do have seasonal allergies which they said contributed to this. I take a prescription Flonase and Sudafed in the morning before we dive but that still didn’t work.

Doctor's Assistant: The Doctor can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. What are all your symptoms? Have you been feeling about the same lately, or have things been getting worse?

I had pain in my ear, kind of a pressure pain. The side of my head hurt and my glands in my throat felt swollen. Also After my dives recently I have noticed green snot coming from my nose.

Doctor's Assistant: Has Flonase helped at all? What's your dosage?

Flonase and Sudafed used to work. But since I had the incident in Cozumel which caused the barotrauma it has not gotten any better. It’s OK when I’m not driving but once I complete my dive and come to the surface I still feel the pain and pressure. I’m not sure of the dosage of the Flonase. But it’s just the over the counter kind that he gives me a prescription for

Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

Nothing I can think of. I recently had a full physical and everything was great.
