I can't get hold of anyone so I. I can't get help anywhereI can't get help anywhere else so I'm contacting you. I'm 71 and I got my first vaccine on March 23, 2021 at a "sort of" pop up clinic I believe run by Public Health Toronto in Lawrence Heights. The information I got was that my next appointment should be in July and that "someone" would contact me. I'd like to take advantage of the AZ vaccine available now but the only information I can get is that it is available for those between 60 and 65 who got their vaccines a few days before I got mine. Now, why, I question would a 71 year old not be eligible because she got her vaccine a few days later. The information I was handed was confusing - it said I would be contacted when I should get the second dose of the vaccine and it also says I should not leave until I get an appointment. Since this information was on the last page of a several page document I was handed as I left this wasn't possible. I've tried to contact my doctor, Toronto Public Health and other places. They all say I can leave a message but then there is a hang-up. I'm pretty angry. … read more

I have a question about vaccine coadministration. Noyes! Currently an ADA and have been prioritized to get the vaccine by my doctor. However, the only Available time until March for me to get the COVID vaccine is tomorrow, Monday the 18th, which I scheduled and plan to go to. However, last week, I received the first dose of the HPV vaccine, and from what I've seen, the CDC says they don't have studies regarding coadministrstion of vaccines with the COVID vaccine. So my question is, in your opinion, does the benefit of me getting the COVID vaccine outweigh the unknown risk of coadministrstion of these two vaccines? I'm nearly healthy, but have a history of asthma. Currently in normal weight and not so much worried at all about side effects of the COVID vaccine, just more worried if there are actual health risk of getting the COVID vaccine so early after I got the HPV one , or is it more of efficacy risk?… read more
