Customer: approximately a year now. I did try stretching and Vit E but I have not seen a difference
JA: How old are you? Are you currently using any medications, either for this or anything else?
Customer: 50 years old. No medications. Just Vit E,(as recommended by my close friend, which is nurse practitioner) and I take Vit D, Vit C
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: none that I am aware of

I was getting abdominal pain and acid reflux 12 months ago so I was prescribed PPIs and ant acids. I had a CT scan that found reactive lymph nodes in my mesenteric region of my abdomen. I had an endoscopy that came back clear. 12 months on and my stomach pain is much improved but my acid refux is still happening daily, usually later in the day. I have a bubbling pressure build up in my throat and a daily sore throat. I have 2 soft swellings on my neck, right side, that I have had checked out but had th described as “benign changes” they ache at times too. My sore throat extends to the roof of my mouth but my mouth often feels gritty and sore. Can you advise me as I have had ongoing issues for 12 months now. Thanks

Customer: it was daily but I haven’t had any real abdominal pain for a few months now. I do have an epigastric hernia too
JA: Are you managing the abdominal pain with any medications?
Customer: Yes, I take 30 lansoprazole in the morning and 15 in the afternoon
JA: Have you also experienced any nausea, bloating, or changes in stool?
Customer: No, I’m pretty regular. Once daily in the morning. No real nausea since my abdominal pain stopped
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: I’m on lisinopril for my blood pressure and levothyroxine too

2 weeks ago I was running for 40 minutes. I had dehydration / possible Tia episode. I’ve had a chest X-ray, ctscan, echo cardiograph, carotid artery test, ct scan of head & neck w/ contrast. All fine. Blood work fine. Now I feel weak & have slight pressure on my temples. Pls help

Customer: got worse

Customer: i have had what I think are low blood sugar episodes but never diagnosed. Counting the dehydration/Tia I have had 2 more ( what I call) low sugar episodes but they were much more severe
