    Hi. I have rashes it has been 4 days. There is major inflammation and heat sensation at the ears and eyes areas. Was at the hospital 4 times since already and they do not know what I have. Was tested for allergies they say nothing. Was tested for dengue, negative.
    JA: The Dermatologist can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. Is the rash constant or does it come and go? Has it been about the same or getting worse?
    Customer: Ears and eyes constant. Rest of body comes and goes. Eyes getting worst. Can barely open my eyes all morning. Worst at night.
    JA: Is the rash also itchy at all?
    Customer: Yes itchy and feeling of heat ears and eyes
    JA: What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the rash or anything else? How old are you?
    Customer: 44. Male. NO known health issues. Allergy to one kind of tree in Canada (I am Canadian), but living in Costa Rica since October. I am currently taking medication for a 1 month treatment suggested by an ORL. Give me 1 minute for name of products. Also, I have been trying to take Benadryl, Acetaminophen too, no results really. I get back to you with the name of my treatment (still 10 days to go out of 1 month)
