Hello yes. I have questions for a Gastroenterologist
JA: The Doctor can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. What are your symptoms? Have you used any medication for this?
Customer: so i started having heartburn August 29th and went to the gastro who prescribed pantoprazole. I have been taking it. But now my heartburn has become a lot more mild. No longer feel likes food is in my throat but i have developed nausea the last 2 days where I don’t want to eat. Only eating a little. Last night I took promethazine 25 mg. Today I took 2 4 mg of zofran
JA: Have you used anything besides promethazine for this?
Customer: for the nausea?
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: yes, the zofran. My blood work came out clean. It did say i had had mycoplasma pneumonia in the past. My KUB X-ray was normal. My nausea isn’t going away with zofran. and i do have to tell the doctor i went from being vegan to eating terrible the past 2 months.

What is a standard of care for treatment of acute illiac veins thrombosis with incintric compression of left illiac vein (on CT) post pregnancy?

I am having trouble lifting my arm above shoulder level. If I straighten my arm and raise it forwards it starts to hurt when it is at horizontal level. But if I bend it then raise it overhead it seems fine. I'm not sure if i can still go rock climbing with this arm - does rock climbing make it better or worse? thank you please help.
