Hello. I’ve been feeling very tired for no reason and kind of achy all over. I do not have a fever in fact my body temperature is reading lower than normal. It hasn’t read above 96.2 in like two days. I particularly feel an ache between my neck and shoulder on the left side. I feel like I’ve had less of an appetite as well.I have a history of anxiety and depression so I thought it might just be the typical seasonal stuff but I wanted to make sure.

Second opinion] Hi, I am a 37 year old male. I am obese at about 5ft 11 and 265 pounds. The last few days I keep getting what feels like intermittent gas pain on the right side of my abdomen toward my side as well in sort of the mid right quadrant. I am not sure it if is my colon or liver or what. It is a few inches below my ribs on my belly on the right side but can be lower like below the belly button area or across the top a of my belly, but mostly in that middle right side. It is not horrible but kind of a dull to sharp pain like gas. If I press firmly on the area I can induce the pain but again it is not intense pain...just uncomfortable. Now I am starting to worry about all kinds of things like colon cancer or liver cancer or both...or maybe cirrhosis. I was a heavy drinker for like 16 years but recently gave that up. I have attached a picture and circled the area in red. Also if it matters I recently had a comprehensive metabolic panel done and my liver and kidneys and everything was perfectly normal with regards ***** ***** work. Again I have attached the picture...please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

Is it ok to take Allegra D (pic attached) in the morning and then at night take this mucinex?
