Hello! I have questions about how to treat an overactive bladder
JA: The Urologist can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. How long have you had the overactive bladder?
Customer: Since puberty, around 13 years old. I am now 50 years old and hear there are treatments that can help. I always thought I was just cursed with a small bladder
JA: Are you currently using any medications, either for the overactive bladder or anything else?
Customer: Not for an overactive bladder, but I am taking 150 mg of Effexor and 100 mg of Trazadone daily
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: Not sure

Hi,I'm thinking that I have anterior tibial tendonitis. It is the condition that is exactly congruent with my symptoms in my right leg. Although, I am undiagnosed and I'm certainly no professional. I believe this is an injury that I sustained from doing my work over the last decade. I was wondering if you could tell me how this is treated, and whether or not it is imperative that I go see a specialist?

Second opinion] Hi, I am 36 Male. I have a pain in my foot...basically it is in the ball portion just below my big toe. It hurt really bad a week ago and got tender, red and swollen. The swelling went away after 4 days but there was still soreness and pain when walking but it was not as severe as originally. It hurts when I put weight on it and when I curl my toes or bend them upward or when I press on the area. Originally it hurt even when doing nothing. It was pretty much gone but then seemed to come back again but not as bad as originally. Any idea if this is serious or if it is gout? I attached a picture pointing to the area that is tender and hurts.
