I have a mole that is kind of weird looking and have no idea when it appeared due to its location

Customer: I’ve noticed it about a year ago and it’s been the same
JA: Which part of your body has the mole? Any itchiness?
Customer: side of arm in between elbow and shoulder. And I do get itchiness around sometimes
JA: What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the mole or anything else? How old are you?
Customer: none and 29
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Dermatologist should know?
Customer: i have vitiligo

Hello , I fell on sidewalk walking my dog . He saw a squirrel and jerked the leash and down I went . Some swelling and bruises, swelling has dissipated and pain has almost dissipated. I take Tylenol 500 mg 1/2 times a day, depends on the discomfort, but I am basically off that regime now . This happened a week ago . I can bend knees, get in and out of bathtub, go down the stairs much easily now and I feel like I am in the mend . I feel that I am not quite ready to go for my walk around the neighborhood or do my yoga poses that require me getting in floor mat, as my knees are tender etc . With this seemingly improvement , should I call an orthopedic? I live in Virginia Beach, Va. your thoughts with mostly positive info above ?

Customer: hardly any pain now , not stiff , can walk carefully. Bend my knees just not quite back to normal. This happen 1 week ago
JA: What type of pain is it? Is it sharp or dull, achey or stabbing?
Customer: Was dull achey, seems to be subsiding each day .
JA: What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the pain or anything else? How old are you?
Customer: Tylenol. And none since early this am . Initially I iced then heat , now I may apply BenGay . Nothing since early this morning. Much more comfortable in walking around my house and yard . But not ready to for a long walk . And I have a dog trainer coming once I am ready to participate in the training which will include walking etc . Not ready to walk my dog especially now. I feel so bad for him .
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: No I’m a pretty healthy person . Very blessed

I have high cholestrol , 24 y female.
