    I have recently presented with splinter hemorrhages under 8 of my fingernails. I have read online, that it could be severe or not severe at all. My nails were in really bad shape (thin, peeling, brittle). I started using Nailtiques (http://www.nailtiques.com) about 4-5 weeks ago and have been noticed some improvement in the health of my nails. Could the Nailtiques be the cause of the splinter hemorrhages? We do not have heart disease in my family (that I know of).
