All of us will overcome the virus, and my statement is based on logic. While death figures are staggering, we are still not looking at recovery numbers. Our body immunity wins over each and every virus. Take my word.

Your symptoms; headache, lightheadedness indicate panic. You have to come out of it. Try to avoid staying alone. Gardening which you do is one of the best ways to treat anxiety and depression. The plant world survives the most adverse circumstances. We humans have to emulate them.

Rose, I choose. The purpose of thorns, spines, and prickles is to protect plants from would-be predators. However, despite the presence of prickles, roses are frequently browsed/touched by all.

Before sleeping I always say to myself; tomorrow would be better!!

Reflux many times can be delayed and sometimes what one may have eaten 48 hours ago may aggravate it. When we are alone, we watch ourselves more closely. And a small symptom may be perceived more.

I do understand the adversities you have faced. But you coped well. Perhaps when you had responsibilities of the kids, you could sail against the tide. You can do the same now also. And adversity here is your reaction only. You continuously feel a threat to your existence, fear of some serious medical issue. We live every day. We die only once. Try to see your last week or month. Was that bad? The majority of the days should have been reasonably good. So would be the future.
