i was hoping for a quick opinion on some floaters I've been noticing. Some are small dark pin pricks, others are translucent circles, some are small translucent squiggles. Most times I just notice one or two of the circles, other times I see a few more. This is mostly when I look at a bright background, like a cloudy sky. I also see tons of small bright pinpricks of light that appear and quickly fade when I'm in a brightly lit room. I'm guessing this is an entropic phenomenon, but the anxiety in me is always worried I'm experiencing something else. I've had a dilated eye exam within the last few months and all was fine then (I had noticed a few of the floaters then but I wasn't aware then of a couple more that I have). I'm aphakic in one eye and expect to see these things in that eye, but not in my good eye. I'm just wondering how much (if at all) that I should worry?
