Ok.It looks like dermatitis since you have it all around it can also be yeast infection or intertrigo, doesn't look serious, you should keep the area clean and dry.I would recommend to try 1 percent hydrocortisone cream twice a day for a week and over the counter clotrimazole cream twice a day for a week.
If the redness and itching persists,you should see your physician in person for evaluation.
