I am sorry to hear about your problem.
This pain can be due to these causes- Gall bladder inflammation or stone, Renal calculi, inflammation of the colon.
Appendix pain is usually acute. It starts with aching pain that begins around your belly button and often shifts to your lower right abdomen. Also, such pain can become sharper over several hours. It is associated with the tenderness that occurs when one applies pressure to your lower right abdomen.
In your case, it can be from gall bladder inflammation/ stone.
To make a diagnose, you need to undergo these tests-
-Complete blood count
-Urine test
-Ultrasound of the lower abdomen.
You should take plenty of fluids, avoid caffeine and alcohol. You should take light meals. You can take OTC Tylenol for pain.
I would recommend that you visit your primary doctor for evaluation and get it managed.
