No meds. Im currently on doxycycline for syphilis but I'm nearing the end of the 28 days. I noticed a small cluster of white pimple-like spots on the inside of my lip. I looked it up and thought it could be fordyce granules. I want to know what it is and I want to know if it is related to syphilis.
