have problems staying hydrated. what are signs of dangerous dehydration?

Hi Dr. Mark here. Physical signs of dehydration would include decreased skin turgor (ie. when you pull on your skin it doesnt go back to normal), your mouth, oral mucosa is dry, your armpits are dry. Dangerous signs would include fast breathing, confusion, muscle weakness (form electrolyte imbalances)

also having a fast heart rate, low blood pressure and cold clammy hands and feet

k. don't have any of those symptoms. due to physical disability, have limited access to means of hydration. yesterday, had no easy access to water and limited access to other fluids. just wanted to make sure the situation is not dangerous

My pleasure, yes the if none of the signs are present, you should still be ok. Would suggest rehydrating as soon as you are able.
