Dear customer

Thank you for being online.

Coccydynia is associated with pain and tenderness at the tip of the tailbone between the buttocks.

In most cases, the pain will improve over a few weeks or months.

Following treatment measures are recommended for you now:

  • Lean forward while sitting down
  • Take tab. Ibuprofen 400 mg from the counter.
  • Apply heat in the form of a warm wash cloth applied to the area for 10 minutes or so 2 or 3 times a day increase blood flow to the area allowing to subside the inflammation
  • Apply analgesic gel such as diclofenac sodium twice a day
  • Massaging the muscles attached to the tailbone might help ease pain.
  • Have bed rest as much as possible.
  • Sitting on a pillow, cushion, or buttock support can help.

All this will help you greatly to treat Coccydynia.
