JA: The OB/GYN Doctor can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. How old are you? What symptoms are you having?
Customer: Just brown blood some time spots other times its more heavy
JA: When was your last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams?
Customer: I am due for another 1 my last 1 was last year nothing irregular
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
Customer: I did have a mirena removed in april and had a miscarriage in September
