I have been getting a weird, intermittent pain around my left testicle and above it (kinda like lower left abdomen). It kinda feels like I was hit in the left testicle, but not very hard. It’s kinda dull, and my left teste seems to be smaller than my right. It usually hurts when I’ve gotten off the toilet (maybe after pooping?) and after I masturbate (and I haven’t been doing that very often, not gonna lie). Sometimes I get a short dull pain in the top of my left butt cheek too, but idk if that’s related. Any cause for concern?

Thank you for the information you provided. The pain that's radiating into the abdomen from the testicle could be related to a cyst on the testicle or it could be a hernia that's coming through the inguinal Canal. It's also possible that you have an infection of the epididymis. and it's also possible that you're getting intermittent testicular torsion. And finally, we would have to rule out any kind of testicular cancer based on these symptoms. It might be a good idea to be seen by a doctor who can perform an examine rule this out.

Would a normal GP be able to do a test like this? Sorry it took me so long, I was busy at my work. I don’t feel any lumps on my testicles. I’ve checked every time I have pain, but I’m not sure if that’s fool proof. Is there anything I can do to rule these things out?

I have also been having some constipation issues, not that I can’t poop, but it’s been slightly difficult. I had a collapsed lung 3 weeks ago, thought I was having a heart attack and so I freaked out and had panic attacks which lead me to vomit a lot and made me dehydrated. Well I was back in the ER the same week for abdominal pain, they did a CT scan and they said I was “packed to the gills with poop.” That was about two and a half weeks ago and I’ve been able to poop since, but my gastric system has been acting weird since. Lots of gas, some heartburn and burning in stomach. Symptoms I’ve never experienced before. That pain in my teste, and some momentary sharp pains near my rectum

It is possible for constipation to call some abdominal pains but it wouldn't cause any discomfort with the testicles. Unfortunately there aren't any good ways for you to rule out any of these issues with your testicle yourself at home. Your general practitioner could easily perform these tests. Often times all that is needed is for them to do an exam and we can usually tell if there is anything wrong. If we suspect that something else might be going on such as a small cyst or a mild infection, we can treat that without any further Imaging. But if we still have some doubts then we would order the tests I mentioned.
