Any swelling of the calf?
Any actual tenderness to the calf muscles?
Then it's definitely not a DVT
It is probably just a little muscle spasm but a DVT would cause constant pain and tenderness there
You can use some over the counter topical capsaicin cream to the area to help
Please let me know if you need any more information
Doesn't sound at all like a DVT
Some dehydration or a low magnesium level could be the cause
Stress can definitely cause it
But as I said a DVT would cause swelling of the lower leg with tenderness to the calf muscles
Topical over the counter capsaicin cream and some oral ibuprofen will help

It's derived from jalapena peppers and it increases blood flow to muscles to help with muscle strain
It's over the counter at any pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens
Heat and walking an stretching will definitely help
My pleasure and call on me anytime
