I have had left pelvic pain right next to my hip bone. It's mild but aches burning sensation that radiates to my hip and buttock at times. I can walk fine with no pain, sleep no pain it's just a mild dull ache. I can work all day and not notice it but then at times feel the ache. No fever, vomiting, no blood in stool that I could tell.
The only symptoms are I have light vaginal bleeding, I should of started my period on April 5 and I noticed very light bleeding 2 days ago, my bowel movements appear normal except yesterday I had diarrhea.
The pain is not always there but if I press down on leer left abdomen right on top of hip bone I feel a pain. The pressure point of pain is right on left hip bone and lower down my groin.
What do you suggest?

Thank you for the input.
I am very sorry for your symptoms.
The pain at lower left side can come from a few causes.
It can come from intestinal spasms or gas.
An inflammation, infection of the colon can cause pain there.
That can cause loose stool..
Urinary infection, or stone can cause pain here.
Sometimes, it can be from muscle cramp, pull.
Pelvic infection or inflammation can be possible but your OB/Gyn did not find any problem there,.
You can try Motrin for pain.

Warm application can be soothing.
Please take plenty of fluid.
If it continues, I would advise to consult your primary doctor to have an examination.
He can take some tests like urine, stool, ultrasound to find out the problem.
I hope this information will be helpful.

I read all this on the internet what it could be but do you have any idea what could be my problem? When I cough it hurts a little more. Could this be colon cancer or ovarian?
Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Do you have diarrhea now?

How many times did you pass stool?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
No only yesterday, I went 4 times
Expert:  Dr Su S replied 7 months ago.

Mild pain can be intestinal spasm as you had diarrhea yesterday.
The other possibility can be period pain.
Though your period is due on 5th April, sometimes variation in cycle can occur.
You can take Motrin.
Warm compression can be soothing.
The symptoms are not due to ovarian or colon cancer.
You should not worry about it.
If the pain continues, you should get it checked by doctor.
