Based on your numbers above, you have a "lymphocytosis" -- elevated number of lymphocytes.

The first thing they would want to do is repeat your bloodwork, and look at it underneath a microscope. (CBC with manual differential and peripheral smear)

Then they may do other tests with the blood, including flow cytometry, to look at the types of cells more closely. This is usually done by a hematologist, a specialist in blood disorders.

OK.

You can ask to be transferred to another hematologist in their department (there should be more than one).

They will need to do further workup to rule out issues like lymphoma and leukemia.
