Not at this time

This could be significant. You should go to the ER and have a CT scan. You will need antibiotics, and maybe a hospital admission with IV antibiotics. Really.

Have you had a CT scan for this before? How old are you? Ever had a colonoscopy?

i had it over year ago but not all these symptoms
Doctor: Connie Pennington,

Good. Repeat episodes can be worse. I really advise going to be checked without delay. A diverticular abscess can be turned around if timely intervention is undertaken, Scan, antibiotics and possible CT guided drainage of an abscess. You probalby also need IV fluids. Can you get to an ER?

My temp right now it 99.6 and i am drinking ice water

i can, i just didnt want to make a big fuss if it would subside
Doctor: Connie Pennington,

Still, the body can't get over these things by itself. You need an accurate diagnosis and antibiotics. If it feels the same as it did a year ago, then it is probably an episode.

Worse case scenario is an abscess that eventually ruptures and could mean emergency surgery and a colostomy. They can evaluate you in the ER.

i do have a weak headache currently, yes my husband he will be home in 10 minutes
Doctor: Connie Pennington,

I would advise going to the ER and being checked. Really, this is a potentially serious situation. You know your body, you know the feeling of diverticulitis if you have had it before. Trust your instincts. I would feel better if you were evaluated. I imagine you feel terrible. Dehydrated, headache, in pain and a pressure in the LLQ.

Lab work, a urinalysis, and CT scan would help make a diagnosis, and I don't think you should put it off. I am so sorry.
