Also i have not done any excercise that might caused this huge muscle pain around my left hip area . I just woke up like that with out not reasons last Saturday and started feeling the same on the other leg. I do not see any red areas just pain and very intensive one on my left hip / muscle

But yes , extremely painful
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
difficulty to walk, not able to go up the stairs , bend down,
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
Are you still there ?

Thanks for the information.

Muscle aches and pain are associated with this meds as a part of side effect. But in most cases, it's mild and not really the muscle damage which required immediate care. The way you are describing, first the possibility of injury and other causes of muscle pain has to be ruled out first, before we consider it linked with rosuvastatin.

Ask Your Own Medical Question

If you can just visit your doctor to run blood and urine test to make sure this pain is not due to your meds.

I have not done anything that might caused this pain and suddenly feels on my other leg ...

If your pain is due to meds, then you doctor might consider switching you to another meds.

I will go to my doctor . Unfortunately I am heading on a 4 days trip . Can I stop this mess ?
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
Meds ?
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
Until I go back to see my doctor? As it isn painful and scare to continue damaging my muscles

It's difficult to say, just by pain whether or not it's linked with meds. I don't recommend stopping it without consulting your doctor, but if you want you can stop it.

by stopping for 4 days I might get some answers and when I am back from my trip I can see my doctor . as it is for cholesterol control,. I do not have any other medical condition

I think that would work for you.

Take care
