Back stiffness and stomach tightness can be related.

Your stomach tightness is not due to abdominal organs.

You need to consult a physiotherapist or MD in physical medicine and rehabilitation for the evaluation.

Exercises should help you in resolving your symptoms.

If you are overweight; coming to optimum weight too would help.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.

Thanks for using Just Answer.
