Methotrexate is available in an oral or tablet form and that is used for oral administration.

The injection can be administered orally as well, provided a physician or a pharmacist dilutes it in an aqueous solution to the amount required, similar serum concentrations can be achieved.

So, yes the injectable form of MTX can be taken orally as well but under a doctor's supervision.
