I got a needle...

I got a needle stick at work while i was giving a patient a prevnar 13 vaccine in the arm intramuscular i pricked my thumb closing it. i had a glove on i rubbed the area and took a dose of atripla. his viral load in undetectable should i be worried?

you should report it to your supervisor

you should be on a longer course of PEP therapy.

PEP should be started within 72 hours after a recent possible exposure to HIV, but the sooner you start PEP, the better. Every hour counts. If you’re prescribed PEP, you’ll need to take it once or twice daily for 28 days. PEP is effective in preventing HIV when administered correctly

atripla is fine

but you need 2 drugs for occupational exposure which is more effective
