Here is my story... on sept 25th I met with my ex girlfriend In which I haven't seen for 3 years but we kept in touch online. I met her at a strip
Club and we dated for one year ... on July 24th 2017 I had my physical exam and did an hiv test and was negative prior seeing her. After 2 to 3 weeks I started feeling dizzy and had pain in a my troat for 5 days then it went away ,I never had fever , rash , swollen lymph nodes or even diarreah... but the dizziness lasted for about 2 weeks . I asked her hiv status she said she haven't had sex with no one; she resides In Las Vegas. She has a boy and she's
And she's a body builder so pretty much she takes
Good care of her self . For the past 2 weeks I have had mild headache than come and goes away daily and diarrhea or soft stools especially after eating, nothing else, I am a heavy drinker for the past 6 years drinking a half pinte of
Vodka almost everyday. After 4 weeks of being with her I did an oraquick and was negative. 2 weeks ago I was at the hospital and hemoglobin was and CBC was
Ok but the liver enzymes
We're
Elevated. I am
Concerned that my symptoms are
Due to hiv. We had sex without condom and she was on her period so I had blood on me but I didnt Have any cuts.... any clues of why the diahrrea and the mild headaches? I currently take medicine hudroxizyne and librium sometimes for alcohol withdrawals. Please let me know.

Doctor: Dr. David, Board Certified Physician replied 2 months ago

your symptoms don't point to HIV.

you should work on cutting down on your vodka intake

you can always get blood testing to check for HIV.

but I bet it will be negative.

Why do you think the diahrrea and the mild headaches
Doctor: Dr. David, Board Certified Physician replied 2 months ago

dehydration from not drinking enough water and too much alcohol can cause mild headaches.

diarrhea can be from poor diet or alcohol intake.

these symptoms are very common and not due to HIV.

I drink 2 bottles of pedialyte daily
Customer reply replied 2 months ago
haven't had a drink in 3 days ... but still diahrrea continues
Doctor: Dr. David, Board Certified Physician replied 2 months ago

you could be having irritation of your bowels to milk or gluten

some people as they get older can have bowel sensitivity to certain foods

you should try avoiding gluten and milk and see if your bowels and diarrhea gets better.

Ok so you don't think it has to do with hiv I heard hiv symptoms are headache and diarreah
Doctor: Dr. David, Board Certified Physician replied 2 months ago

no, I don't think it is related to HIV.

HIV doesn't cause symptoms usually

headaches and diarrhea symptoms are very common

and are not caused by HIV

Also when I drink anything or eat I feel bloated very loaded my stomach gets hard does that give you any clue ? It dosent hurt as bad but it feels uncomfortable
Doctor: Dr. David, Board Certified Physician replied 2 months ago

you could be having gastritis inflammation of your stomach causing these symptoms

you may have to improve your diet

and use stomach acid reducing medications to help decrease stomach acid

zantac (ranitidine) and prilosec (omeprazole) can help decrease stomach acid
